The sentence is life in prison, without parole, for convicted three-time killer Kelvin Vickers.
Judge Julie Hahn handed down the sentence this morning after the prosecution presented victim impact testimony.
Vickers was recruited from Boston to be an enforcer in a Rochester drug turf war.
He was convicted in the July 2022 killings of two men and police officer Tony Mazurkiewicz.
Victim Ricky Collinge's mother told the court her son wasn't a dealer or in a gang. She says his death has ruined her life.
Mazurkiewicz's widow called Vickers lower than any life form, and said he stole her life from her.
