A Steuben County man is accused of murdering his sister with a cast-iron skillet.
Deputies say 59-year-old John Marvin the Second assaulted 60-year-old Heather Moran Tuesday afternoon, while she was eating with her father in the kitchen of a home in Erwin.
Marvin's father tried to stop him, but fell to the ground after getting up out of his wheelchair.
Moran died yesterday at the hospital.
Marvin is charged with 2nd-degree murder, and is being held without bail at Steuben County Jail.
