A Florida man is accused of improperly touching a teen at Eastview Mall.
Deputies say 60-year-old Boris Stark groped the teen last November.
He was arrested yesterday and charged with 2nd-degree sex abuse, forcible touching, and child endangerment.
Stark was given an appearance ticket and is due back in Victor Town Court February 20th.
