Police in Geneva have arrested a convicted felon in connection with a stabbing Tuesday evening on Genesee Street.
Rafael Nieves-Cruz was arrested yesterday on an assault charge.
Detectives say he is the sole person of interest in the stabbing.
The man who was stabbed is expected to survive.
