He was punched, kicked, and pistol-whipped for several minutes.
Brucewayne Beaman and Guy Mustgray the Second were charged last week with attempted murder, assault, and robbery
Original story:
Two Rochester men have been arrested for a Christmas Day assault on an older man who remains in the hospital with significant head and other injuries.
Police say 22-year-old Brucewayne Beaman and 33-year old Guy Mustgray II approached the victim, a man in his 60s, armed with a gun and a knife.
They beat him with their weapons as well as their hands and feet and fled after turning out his pockets.
Police identified Beaman and Mustgray and spotted them yesterday leaving a store on Portland Avenue.
Both are now charged with second-degree attempted murder, assault, robbery, and grand larceny.
