More charges have been filed against a Rochester man already facing a federal child pornography charge.
Albion police have charged 28-year-old Nicholas Laffin with rape and criminal sex act.
Prosecutors say Laffin was found in the bedroom alongside a 13-year-old girl at her home last month.
Laffin then fled, but allegedly left his cellphone behind.
The FBI says they found pornographic images of the girl on that phone.
Albion police believe Laffin may have more victims.
