A Rochester man indicted in a March homicide -- will serve 14 years in prison.
20-year-old Sincere Vazquez pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of Anthony Stevenson-Sutton.
Prosecutors say Vazquez arranged to meet Stevenson-Sutton on Depew Street, then shot him in his car.
Vazquez was later found wounded on Chili Avenue, and was hospitalized.
Vazquez was originally charged with 2nd-degree murder and two gun crimes.
