A Henrietta woman will serve 3 to 9 years in prison for a deadly head-on crash on Empire Boulevard in Penfield.
28-year-old Michaela Carwile was found guilty of manslaughter and driving while impaired by drugs.
The crash June 3rd killed 31-year-old Juanella Mincey, of Rochester.
Prosecutors say Carwile had cocaine and fentanyl in her system.
Carwile will also have to take part in a Victim Impact Panel, and her license will be revoked for 6 months.
