Rochester Man Sentenced in North Side Homicide

A Rochester man will serve 15 years in prison for a homicide on the city's north side.

30-year-old Kenneth Scott pleaded guilty in August to 1st-degree manslaughter.

Prosecutors say Scott gunned down 40-year-old Lamar Cassevoy on Mazda Terrace during an argument in September of last year.

Scott was originally charged with 2nd-degree murder and two gun crimes.

Scott is now a three-time convicted felon.
