State police in Genesee County have named the 74-year-old man who was struck and killed by a driver in Stafford.
James Ehmann was hit around 5:20 yesterday afternoon when he was getting his mail outside his home on Route 5.
Troopers say the man driving the pickup truck that hit him was not impaired or on his phone at the time of the crash.
