A Cattaraugus County man is accused of sexually abusing a child in Wayne County.
Deputies say 35-year-old Dustin Dalke of Franklinville repeatedly abused a child under 13 while living in Marion earlier this year.
Dalke is charged with predatory sexual assault and course of sexual conduct.
