State police in Wayne County have arrested a woman from Oswego in connection with a deadly crash in Wolcott in August of last year.
Kayla Perrotta was arrested Tuesday on felony and misdemeanor assault charges and released with a November court date.
Investigators say she was driving a vehicle that went off Younglove Road, overturned, and became submerged in a creek.
A five-year-old boy was killed.
Four teenagers, a ten-year-old, and Perrotta were hospitalized.
