Rochester police say they are getting little information from an 18-year-old man about how he got shot.
Officers were told about the shooting late last night at a store on Park Avenue.
The victim was already on the way to the hospital, and police learned the shooting actually happened hours earlier on Bay Street.
The man is expected to survive, but police say he is uncooperative.
