UPDATE: Rochester police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting inside a clothing store.
It happened just before 7 last night at the Legends store on Hudson Avenue, near Avenue D.
Police say 26-year-old Vincent Ulgiati was shopping inside when he was approached by a person with a gun and was shot several times at close range.
Investigators say it did not appear to be a random act.
There's no one in custody.
Ulgiati was the city's 50th homicide victim this year.

One man is dead, after a shooting inside a store on Rochester's north side.
Police say it happened this evening inside Legends clothing store on Hudson Avenue.
RPD Captain Frank Umbrino says someone walked up to a man in his 20s and shot him.
He also says it was a targeted shooting, and the victim was not an employee of the store.
There are no arrests.
