The man hit by a City of Rochester garbage truck has died.
The 59-year-old was hit September 26th at St. Paul and Bausch streets.
Police say he was in the crosswalk when the truck made a left hand turn and truck him.
The truck driver has been cited for failing to yield, and is suspended pending a personnel review.
Police are not releasing the names of the driver or the victim.
