Authorities in Wayne County have filed felony charges against two Wolcott women for the alleged neglect of a five-year-old boy.
The investigation begain in January when the sheriff's office says the boy was brought to the hospital. Doctors determined he was “significantly malnourished” and put him intensive care.
Investigators said Vanessa and Nicole Torrellas were responsible for the child. Both are charged with endangering an incompetent or physically disabled person
