A woman charged in connection with the years-long sex abuse of a child in Yates County is heading to prison for 20 years to life.
Micheleine Ridley was sentenced for her guilty plea last month to a charge of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child.
In all, 18 people were charged in the abuse.
Yates County District Attorney Todd Cassella says Ridley absed the child and was aware co-defendant Andrew Daugherty abused the child for years.
Daugherty is already serving 40 years to life.
