Rochester Police have lodged a harassment charge against a female student who got into a fight with a monitor on a school bus.
It happened Friday on Lake Avenue in the Maplewood neighborhood.
The 25-year-old woman tells News10NBC she told the girl to put away her vape.
That's when she says the girl punched her and pinned her against a window. She says she needed treatment for a concussion.
The 17-year-old girl was issued an appearance ticket and released to her parent.
