The Thruway Authority has voted unanimously to approve Thruway toll increases.
Rates for E-Zpass users will rise five percent in January, and another five percent in January 2027.
The increases were given a preliminary OK in December, but the Authority had been taking public comments for the past several months.
The Authority says tolls haven't risen since 2010 and will still be among the lowest among the nation's toll roads.
