Rochester police have made no arrests in a shooting that wounded an 18-year-old man.
It happened just after 9 last night on Flower Street, off North Clinton Avenue.
The man is recovering at Strong Hospital.
Minutes later, and about six blocks away, a woman was struck by a hit and run driver.
She was in a crosswalk when she was hit by a car turning from North Clinton onto Kohlman Street.
The woman had minor injuries.
The driver took off.
Police say the two incidents are not related.
