Buffalo Bills owners Terry Pegula has issued a statement denying an allegation he made a racist comment about Black NFL players.
Former NFL Network reporter Jim Trotter claims Pegula said Black players should go back to Africa and see how bad it is, if they don't like it here.
In court papers, Trotter claims Pegula made the remark during an NFL Media Zoom meeting in September 2020.
And Trotter says the NFL swept the comment under the rug.
Pegula says he never made the comment, and is disgusted to be associated with the complaint.
Trotter is suing the NFL over his firing in March, saying he was let go for challenging Commissioner Roger Goodell over racial discrimination and lack of diversity.
