A Monroe County grand jury has handed up an indictment in a deadly head-on crash on Empire Boulevard in Penfield.
The counts against 28-year-old Michaela Carwile of Henrietta include manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, and driving while impaired by drugs.
Blood tests found cocaine and fentanyl in her system.
The crash June 3rd killed 31-year-old Juanella Mincey of Rochester.
Carwile was arrested last month.
