Governor Hochul's office says she is no longer recused from negotiations on a new Seneca Nation gaming compact.
She had stayed out of the talks this year because of a potential conflict.
Her husband was a top lawyer for gambling company Delaware North.
He left that job this month.
Buffalo's channel 2 reports that Hochul hasn't met yet with the Seneca Nation leaders.
The current gaming compact expires December 9
