UPDATE: State Police have released the names of the men killed in a double fatal crash in Webster.
It happened early yesterday morning on Route 104 near the Five Mile Line Road exit.
Troopers say 61-year-old Darryl Brown was driving his pickup the wrong way in the eastbound lanes when he hit an oncoming car.
The other driver, 31-year-old Sampson Ofori died at the scene, and Brown died at the hospital.
