Former employees of the concession business at the Seneca Park Zoo are suing for back pay.
Two plaintiffs are seeking class action status for their case against Service Systems Associates -- which also operates concessions at other zoos and attractions around the state and around the country.
They claim the company authomatically deducted pay for break time for workers who did not take breaks.
And they claim the company did not give them accurate wage statements.
SSA has not commented
