A man and a woman are recovering from gunshot wounds they suffered in Rochester's East End.
The shots were heard shortly before 2 a.m. yesterday near East Avenue and Alexander Street.
Police got there in time to see a crowd scattering from the area, and didn't find any victims. They showed up later on their own at area hospitals.
Police have made no arrests.
