1 person is dead, after a crash in Wyoming County.
Deputies say 75-year-old Gretchen Pittman of Warsaw blew through a stop sign at the intersection of Routes 19 and 39 in Pike yesterday afternoon and her SUV collided with another vehicle.
Pittman later died at the hospital.
The other driver and two passengers were airlifted to area hospitals.
The driver is in critical condition, while the passengers are in stable condition.
