A Wayne County pediatrician has been formally sentenced this morning for inappropriately touching a 9-year-old girl.
Dr. Adam Weis will serve 3 years probation and he's also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Prosecutors say it happened at Weis's home back in December, and he pleaded guilty in May to child endangerment in Webster Town Court.
Weis had practiced at Wolcott Medical Center, but had to surrender his medical license when he pleaded guilty.
