A Rochester man has been charged in a shooting on the city's northwestern side last month.
Police say 30-year-old Shaquille Turner shot a woman in the upper body on Lake Avenue near Maplewood Park.
The woman in her 40s was seriously hurt, but survived.
Turner is charged with assault, reckless endangerment, and gun crimes.
