Rochester police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting last month.
Thirty-three-year-old Herley Williams was developed as a suspect in the July 21 shooting of Todd Jones Jr. on the corner of North Goodman Street and Derringer Place.
Police and Marshals spotted Williams yesterday on the city's north side. When they moved in, they say Williams pulled a loaded gun. They were able to arrest him with the help of a state police dog.
Williams has a felony record, and was arrested In March as part of a drug raid.
Both he and Jones were wanted on outstanding warrants.
