A man and woman from Rochester have pleaded not guilty this afternoon on new charges in this month's kidnapping of a woman from a Henrietta motel.
Cordell Brooks and Shuntiayana Sims are charged with sex trafficking, promoting prostitution, kidnapping, and assault.
Both will be tried on those charges in January.
Deputies say the couple dragged the woman out of the Microtel lobby and threw her into a car.
The abduction was seen on security camera video.
Rochester police stopped the car hours later at Joseph Avenue and Sullivan Street.
The victim was taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
