UPDATE: The victim of last night's homicide in Rochester has been identified as 40-year-old Sayyos Rios.

Rochester police have made no arrests in the city's latest homicide.
A 40-year-old man was shot and killed while on the porch of his home near the corner of North Union and Weld streets.
It happened around 7:45 last night.
Police say the shots were fired from a stolen car -- and the intended target was a 19-year-old man nearby.
That man was wounded and is recovering at the hospital.
The Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
