The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has released the name of a woman killed in a Penfield crash 3 weeks ago.
31-year-old Juanella Minsey was dead at the scene of the crash June 3rd on Empire Boulevard.
Deputies say her SUV collided with another, flipping one of the SUVs on its side.
The investigation is ongoing.
