Investigators say charges are pending against a Gates resident accused of hoarding more than 100 cats.
Some cats in the home were dead, and many are sick.
The Humane Society seized the cats from a home on Courtright Lane.
The home was deemed uninhabitable.
Neighbors say they complained for years about the smell and the flies at the home.
The cats are now at Lollypop Farm.
