A construction worker is dead, after an accident on I-90 this morning near Pembroke.
Troopers say 45-year-old Brett Decker of Middleport walked behind a dump truck in the right westbound lane shortly after 5:30.
Decker was hit and pronounced dead at the scene.
The right westbound lane was closed for a repaving project.
There is no word on charges for the dump truck driver.
The accident remains under investigation.
