Rochester police and U.S. Marshals have made an arrest in a homicide eleven days ago at a city high-rise.
Twenty-two-year-old city resident Joshua Rodriguez is charged in the shooting death of 22-year-old Roje Lowry in the 9th floor hallway at the James Dobson apartments on Van Auker Street.
Investigators say the men knew each other, but they aren't commenting on a motive.
Rodriguez was arrested this morning as he left an address on the city's east side.
He pleaded not guilty this morning on second-degree murder and weapon charges.
