Journalists for the D&C and the hundreds of other Gannett newspapers nationwide are walking off the job today.
Their union is calling for a vote of no confidence in CEO Mike Reed.
They're accusing Reed of "gross mismanagement" ahead of the company's annual shareholders meeting tomorrow.
The President of NewsGuild-CWA says Gannet is "radioactive to investors" because of Reed, and says he doesn't see the long-term value of investing in his journalists.
