Rochester is marking Caribbean-American Heritage Month.
It celebrates Caribbean contributions in arts, cuisine, and other aspects.
Several events are on tap throughout the month, starting with the Caribbean Link-up event tomorrow.
The closing celebration is set for June 30th at City Hall
