A Rochester man has been indicted for allegedly killing a woman by lighting her on fire.
53-year-old Troy Parker is charged with 2nd-degree murder and arson.
Parker allegedly set 38-year-old Fantasia Stone on fire in the hallway of a Jefferson Avenue apartment building in April.
Stone, a mother of five, was laid to rest earlier this month.
