Rochester police say a chase overnight ended with the arrest of a city man wanted on a number of charges, including burglary and robbery.
An officer on patrol spotted the man driving around 1 a.m. near Carter Street.
The driver refused to pull over, and police had to use spike strips to stop the car near Goodman and Norton streets.
The man was taken into custody.
