UPDATE: Rochester police have released the name of the 22-year-old man who was shot to death yesterday on Rochester's southwest side.
Jadarius Jethroe-Harris was shot several times when he answered a knock at his door on Shelter Street around 4 a.m.
He died later at Strong hospital.
A child was home at the time of the shooting, but was asleep and was not hurt.
Police say the shooting does not appear to be a random act.
No one has been arrested, and police don't know the motive for the shooting.

Rochester police have no suspects in a shooting that killed a 22-year-old city man.
It happened around 4 a.m. yesterday at a home on Shelter Street.
The man heard a knock on his door, opened it, and was shot several times.
He died later at Strong hospital. His name has not been released.
