There is an arrest in a drive-by shooting last month that wounded three young adults in Rochester.
Eighteen-year-old Da'Zion Joseph was arrested yesterday with a loaded handgun.
City police say he was in a car April 27th and opened fire on the people in a car stopped at a light at Lake Avenue and West Ridge Road.
A woman and two men were wounded.
Joseph is facing assault, gun, and reckless endangering charges.
