Wyoming County Community Health System is suspending its Maternity/OB program.
The hospital in Warsaw will no longer take maternity patients, starting June 1. Patients will be referred to United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia -- which has an OB office in Warsaw.
Hospital CEO David Kobis blames recent financial losses for the decision. He says the maternity program was losing nearly $3 million a year.
