Rochester police say the death of a mother of five earlier this month was a homicide.
Fantasia Stone was killed by fire April 11 at an apartment building at 565 Jefferson Avenue.
Police Captain Frank Umbrino says 53-year-old Troy Parker set Stone on fire after an argument.
Umbrino says Parker and Stone were acquaintances.
Parker did not live in the building.
He's charged with murder and arson.
A second arson the following day in the same building is still under investigation.
