UPDATE: Troopers have released the name of the man killed in a crash on the Thruway in Chili.
75-year-old Robert Tincani of East Palestine, Ohio died in the collision involving a car and two tractor trailers.
It happened around 7 last night in the westbound lanes -- about five miles west of exit 46.
One of the tractor trailers rolled over and blocked all the westbound lanes.
