Rochester's Police Accountability Board now has an online portal to accept video and photos of possible police misconduct.
The images can be sent to the board with the WeTransfer app.
Officials say it makes it easier for witnesses to send the evidence.
The board's investigators and digital forensic analysts will review the images.
The board began taking reports of alleged misconduct last year, but has not completed any investigations.
