An Ontario County Corrections Officer is facing a felony eavesdropping charge.
44-year-old Adam Broadwell is now suspended while the case plays out.
Sheriff David Cirencione says Broadwell used an electronic device to listen in on a courthouse conversation.
Broadwell is a 20-year veteran of the Sheriff's Department.
