A man is in custody on charges he threatened to carry out a mass shooting near Syracuse.
Police say 20-year-old Zachary Mullen, of Jamesville, recently posted threats on social media that targeted a Tops supermarket in the suburb of Manlius and included racial elements.
Authorities searched his home and seized weapons and ammunition.
He's charged with making a terrorist threat.
