A 16-year-old boy in Albion is facing a felony charge for what he told police was a joke.
Authorities in Orleans County say the16-year-old is facing a felony charge for a post that threatened violence against the Albion school district.
He insisted it was a joke, but he was charged with making a terroristic threat.
He has been released to his mother's custody.
