The man accused of setting a fatal fire on Hancock Street in January has been indicted.
39-year-old Leshawn Scott now faces 2nd-degree murder, arson, and assault.
Police say Scott assaulted a woman during a domestic dispute, then setting the fire and running away.
78-year-old Christine Cannon died in the fire.
The blaze gutted the 9-apartment building.
